Bequests & Planned Giving
Bequest and Planned Gifts to The Grotto
Bequests and major gifts to The Grotto are important and valuable to ensure that existing ministries and the shrine itself will be present for years to come.
Gifts in your name or in the names of loved ones may be made during a person’s lifetime or after death.
The usual way to make a planned gift apart from an outright gift is to arrange for The Grotto to be included in a will, living trust, or other estate plan. The
shrine can be named as a benefactor in the estate plan in different ways - for a percentage of the will, an outright amount, or the balance of available
funds after all other bequests have been made, etc.
Membership in The Grotto Bequest Society is available to those who have already made a will and have included The Grotto as a beneficiary. Benefits
Other ways of making gifts in your memory are by paid up life insurance policies, stocks, real estate, retirement benefits, etc. We will be most grateful to you for rembering The Grotto, and we will remember you in our Masses and prayers in the future.
Help secure the ministries and the beauty of The Grotto for generations to come.
