The Grotto Conference Center offers a variety of pricing and
service options, including Complete Meeting Packages, a la carte pricing, refreshments,
catering, and audio/visual services. We always quote the least expensive way to meet your
needs. Complete Meeting Packages
Our Complete Meeting Packages are designed with our business customers in mind. You'll
know exactly what your costs will be per attendee. No service charges, and no combined
fixed and variable prices. We make it easy to understand so that all room charges, food
and beverage, and audio/visual charges are included in one per person price.
Room Rentals
The Grotto's Conference Center offers hourly, half-day, and full-day rentals. The
Conference Center can be divided into two smaller sections, depending on the size of your
group. Both sections offer the same amenities and capabilities for audio/visual
presentations.
Full and half-day rentals are also available in the Auditorium located in the
Administration Building.
Catering Services
The Grotto Conference Center offers a wonderful assortment of coffee breaks, breakfasts,
lunches, and dinners. We have a variety of service options from box lunches to elegant
buffets and plated meals. All of our catering services include paper products or china,
glassware, silverware, linen tablecloths and napkins, depending on your needs.
Audio/Visual
Most meetings these days involve some sort of audio/visual equipment. The Grotto has a
variety of equipment available for your use: a quality sound system, video data projection
system (dvd/vcr/computer), drop-down screens in three areas, and Comcast high-speed
wireless internet.
