The Christian doctrine which we most closely associate with St. Patrick is that of the Trinity.  It is said that he taught it to the Irish by plucking a shamrock from the spot where he stood and using its three-in-one leaf to illustrate the Trinity.

Your Intentions:
It is recomended that this very brief prayer be offered through the intercession of St. Patrick to strengthen one’s faith and to win the grace of faith for others.

Say Glory be to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
