Meeting God and Self in the Desert

A Lenten Retreat on Saturday, March 13, 2010, 9AM–3PM,
in The Grotto Conference Center

Join Patricia Flynn, LCSW and Spiritual Director, and Fr. Ignatius Kissel, OSM, for a Lenten Retreat and desert experience on Saturday, March 13, 2010, from 9am-3pm in The Grotto Conference Center.

Take time to remove yourself from life’s busyness, using tools to draw inward to the still silent place where we meet God.  Discover what fills the emptiness of your life, preventing a closer relationship with God.  Learn more about prayer, practicing centering prayer as a vehicle for bringing contemplative time into your hectic life. Prepare yourself for the upcoming Easter Triduum by letting God speak to your heart.

A fee of $45 includes lunch, a snack and free admission to The Grotto’s Upper Level Gardens.
