because by Your holy Cross You have redeemed the world
XI. Soldiers crucify Jesus.
Lk. 23:33-34
When they came to the place called the Skull, they crucified him and the criminals there,
one on his right, the other on his left. Then Jesus said, "Father, forgive
them, they do not know what they do." They divided his garments by casting
lots.
Our Father, Who art in heaven; hallowed be Thy
name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our
daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to
the
Holy Spirit; as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be,
world without end. Amen.
Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with You;
blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary,
Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Jesus Christ crucified, have mercy on us.
