The Visitor Complex is a multi-purpose building, providing information, art displays, and a small video theater on the plaza level, and conference and banquet facilities on the lower level.  The addition of modern restrooms and an elevator makes the facility ( as well as The Grotto's administrative offices and chapel ) compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The Grotto is considered ideally suited for workshops or conferences or business retreats where time is set aside for small group discussion or private reflection.

The serene pathways and gardens of The Grotto offer a special place for reflection, contemplation, and inspiration for all who come here, whether they are visitors or local residents. Individuals dealing with issues of grief, loss, or recovery find healing through The Grotto's counseling center, speaking with compassionate staff or clergy, and in the quiet beauty of our gardens.

It is our hope that The Grotto may continue to offer its unique natural environment to inspire and encourage people from all walks of life, young and old, for generations to come.  The Visitor Complex will help strengthen and broaden that mission in the years and decades ahead.
