Volunteer at Festival of Lights
The Festival of Lights is one of Portland’s favorite Christmas light festivals. This special event is a success because of the volunteer support it receives. Each year more than 900 volunteers donate their time to the Festival of Lights in a variety of capacities. There are plenty of positions such as greeters, ticket takers, parking, hospitality, food booth, petting zoo, gift shop and visitor complex. There are also opportunities to help set-up and take-down the event. There are two shifts nightly with the first one from 4:45 p.m.-7:30 p.m. and the second from 7:15 p.m.-10 p.m.
